This 6-week strength and nutrition program was created by Caden Schindler, a high school graduate and San Jacinto College baseball commit who went from being the smallest guy on the team to First Team All-District, All-County, and All-State—through smart training, good food, and hard work.

 

Now he’s sharing what worked.
