Hey, I’m Felicia Schindler, a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and former college volleyball athlete turned midlife pickleball lover.
These days, you’ll find me squeezing in workouts between cheering at baseball games for my two boys and supporting my daughter at cheer competitions. We’re a sports-loving family through and through fitness and nutrition are just part of our lifestyle.
As a midlife mama myself, I know how easy it is to put yourself on the back burner. But I also know how important it is to fuel your body, build strength, and take care of your hormones especially if you want to feel energized, strong, and capable in this season of life.That’s why I coach midlife women who still have an inner athlete in them whether they’re playing pickleball, keeping up with kids, or just wanting to feel like themselves again.
I also work with youth athletes to help them build strength, confidence, and a healthy foundation that lasts beyond the season.I’m a certified Nutrition Coach (NCI & Precision Nutrition L1), Personal Trainer (NASM), and Hormone Specialist with a degree in Fitness & Human Performance. I combine real-life strategies with science-backed coaching to help you train smart, eat better, and feel strong without burning out.
