The 8-Week Shred to Summer is a structured fat-loss phase designed to help you lose body fat while maintaining strength and muscle — without extreme dieting or excessive cardio.

This program is for men or women who are currently eating at maintenance or in a building phase and are ready to transition into a cut.

 

A calorie deficit is already a stress on the body, so this program prioritizes smart training, proper fueling, and consistency.
